You’ll be responsible for…

  • Determining taxability of assets
  • Analyzing transactions
  • Identifying tax elections for filing
  • Reviewing trust and estate documents
  • Assisting with administration of estates
  • Serving as a resource to F+H team members for all things Estate, Gift and GST-related
  • Charitable filings related to estates

You need…

  • Knowledge of preparation of Estate, Gift and GST tax returns
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting estate tax documents
  • Knowledge and experience with fiduciary and individual tax helpful
  • Exposure to estate administration, including fundings helpful
  • A background in accounting, tax, or law
  • An ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • To handle multiple priorities, tasks and simultaneous projects
  • An understanding of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
